Each resident is responsible for the safety of his or her own vehicle. Management is not responsible for theft, vandalism, or any form of damage incurred on the premises, whether in a common area parking lot, any garage space, or drive way area, to vehicles. Each unit is allocated a single garage and private drive for the purpose of vehicle parking. Vehicles without a current registration, commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, boats, and trailers will not be permitted in or around the premises and will be towed at the owner's expense. Residents nor resident's guest are allowed to park on the street of the community. Resident and guest must park their vehicles in their driveway or garage. Parking on lawns, limited common areas or common area is prohibited. Any and all parking areas including common areas, limited common areas, garage, and drive areas are prohibited areas to conduct vehicle repairs or maintenance. Resident is responsible for cleaning any damage or staining done to any cement, black top or other surface incurred from their vehicle.
