|Recommended: YesGreat home, great value — I do contract work and have been in and out of the Spanish Fort Mobile area several times and rented in other communities. Toro Ridge offers quality, roomy townhomes and the prices are terrific. Property staff Eliza Drake was especially helpful since I needed something on pretty short notice. They worked with me and had the flexibility and professionalism to get it done.
|Recommended: YesBest place to live in Spanish Fort — This has been the best rental experience we've ever had in 16 years of renting. Everything and everyone are super professional. The staff is all super nice. They throw regular events for residents at the pool and it's a great time. Communication is easy and frictionless, same with maintenance requests which are done through the website. We're never left wondering about anything because everyone is on top of it. No complaints. I wish every experience could be like this.

We haven't got to meet the Maintenance staff yet But, Im sure they are just as pleasant The 3 Bedroom we have is Huge and open Super satisfied with the lay out. The dog friendly neighborhood and area makes it nice to walk the side walks with our dog after a long days work, with pet stations for waste placed all over the property for convince. We rate it a 5 out of 5 and being from Spanish Fort already, this is a great property and location to call home

|Recommended: YesLively complex with friendly neighbors and staff. — Toro Ridge is a good place to stay Staff has been friendly and responsive for any issue or concern. Since the units share one wall with a neighbor, sometimes it gets loud. Especially if your neighbor has a sweet theatre sound system. Overall, it was a great place to stay and accommodated to me when I really needed it. Definitely recommend this place
