|Recommended: YesThis is a quick update. We've been here at Toro Ridge for 6 months now and we are still in awe of this Complex, the tenants, the management and maintenance. Living here is more like living in a high end wall entrance' residential neighborhood than apartment complex. It is VERY quiet, super well built and maintained and the Staff is 1st class. We absolutely love it here and hope to be here forever.

P.S. Thank you for pressure washing the Complex not that it needed it , it looks so fresh and brand new

|Recommended: YesAbsolute Gem — We have been in and out of Apartments since 2006 and we have been in some really nice ones, mediocre ones and absolutely terrible ones. We also tried renting a house and though it fixed' a lot of issues of poorly managed Apartment Complexes, it opened other cans of worms like, slow responses on maintenance issues, constant repeating maintenance issues, safety issues like non-working windows, lawn care expenses etc. We wanted out but where to go I found this Apartment Complex on Rent.com and of course saw the photos. No 3-floor stackables. No compound' style parking and gated community' circus. No condo' style, live in your neighbor's living room. No, this looked like a normal house neighborhood. Well, I just had to go see if the real thing, matched the photos. As soon as I pulled up to the stop sign from the main road, OMG...this cannot be true. A neat, well manicured, freshly painted little village. Well thought out, private quiet Apartment Homes. I can continue and write a book. Well, we were fortunate enough to land one of these wonderful homes with Eliza's patience and friendly, professional guidance. She made it all possible and made our dream come true. The Unit is FLAWLESS it looks newly constructed though the complex is 8 years old it smells fresh, everything matches, everything works When I tell you I have been in new houses that were less perfect, please believe me. The stove and refrigerator look never used. I realize this is also a testament to the tenants before us but it still shows the competence and care of both Management, Staff and Maintenance. We just moved in and we plan to grow roots.

|Recommended: YesLOVE LOVE LOVE — We have lived here a month and hope we can remain here for the rest of our lives. The home is roomy and beautiful. Just the right size. The staff is wonderful. They are such accommodating people, wanting to treat everyone fairly and pleasantly.
I was an apartment manager at one time, so I am very aware of what it takes to manage a rental complex. These ladies do it perfectly and effortlessly.
Wish my whole family could move here.
