|Recommended: YesClean, quiet, friendly and safe — we have great neighbors, in a clean quiet neighborhood. people who don't have enough parking for their household vehicles need to fin alternatives to parking in the street and use them. Following the posted speed limit would also be a good idea.
Thank you for reiterating our concerns that we share with you. Each home can accommodate at least 3 vehicles depending on the size of the vehicles and length of the driveways, sometimes 4. The speed limit of 10 mph posted seems like a snail pace to some, however we feel it is best for the community and we are appreciative of those that are rule followers.
|Recommended: YesLove it. — The complex is quiet and family friendly. The staff does an excellent job maintaining a happy environment for my family and getting the community involved for fun times. Love it here.

|Recommended: YesGreat Experience, Loved it — I sold my home and was in between buying another home when I moved in Tororidge. It is so convenient to the high school for pick up and drop off. Everyone was so friendly, the homes are beautiful, well kept and the utilities were inexpensive. I could not have picked a better place. The staff was excellent Very Pleased

|Recommended: YesToro Ridge is our home. — I love living in a community that is big enough to find friends with similar interests. Our family is composed of 3 generations and all of us have made friends here. Toro Ridge is also small enough to find peace and quiet when you need it. The apartments are beautiful and the managers are kind, helpful, and friendly.

The sweetest and most helpful staff you will ever meet They take pride in their little community and hold many resident events. Our kids absolutely loved trick-or-treating here last year and walking down to the pool many days after school. Highly recommend

The neighborhood is very friendly and the pool is so nice. The house is just the right size and it is so nice having a garage.
